You are invited!

I am humbled and thrilled to be part of this outdoor exhibit that is just a stone’s throw away from the gorgeous hamlet of Southampton, NY.

If you happen to be in the area this summer or next, please swing by and check out the impressive works. There’s also Italian ice, a bagel place, and the AMAZING restaurant Bistro Été (you will want to make reservations).

And in their words:

SculptHamptons in Water Mill brings together world-class artists, collectors, and curators for a one-of-a-kind outdoor sculpture exhibition in the heart of the Hamptons.

Open to the public July 2025 through September 2026 at “The Mill” located at 760 Montauk Highway, Water Mill, NY 11976.

This sculpture show initiative brings together a distinguished selection of contemporary sculpture by both renowned and mid-carrier artists. Developed in collaboration with the owners of The Mill, Robert Zecher of Vault Development Partners, Benjamin Rinzler of Madison Property Management, and Gala Kavachnina of Kavachnina Gallery and curated by Gala Kavachnina and Kathy Murphy.

The exhibition places a strong emphasis on original materials and technique, exploring how sculptors transform reclaimed, industrial, and organic matter into works of emotional and spatial impact with works thoughtfully placed across the natural landscape.

Conceived as a platform to highlight exceptional material innovation and distinctive sculptural language, the exhibition underscores the curators commitment to presenting works that reflect both technical mastery and conceptual depth. Set within the natural contours of The Greens at Water Mill, the project extends the legacy of open-air sculpture in the Hamptons while fostering new dialogue between art, landscape and public space.

This seasons featured artists include: Damon Hamm, Jeff Muhs, Brett Loving, Rob Lorenson, Domenico Belli, Jason Sauer, Lee Tag, and Michael Levchenko — a diverse group of sculptors at the forefront of contemporary practice. The featured works use a variety of materials from corten steel weathered by time to polished aluminum that reflects its environment as well as metal salvaged from demolished homes to motorcycle parts transformed into memorials, the works on display embody a deep respect for material and process. Each sculpture is a testament to exceptional craftsmanship, visionary technique, and a distinctive artistic voice. Set across the open-air expanse in Water Mill, the exhibition invites viewers to engage with scale, substance, and story in a uniquely immersive setting.

The exhibition will be open to the public daily throughout the summer and fall seasons, with works installed across the beautiful open-air grounds of Water Mill.
